A Lifetime of Experience, Rooted in Community Growth

How My Experience Connects to Serving Clover

I’ve spent over two decades as a licensed Professional Engineer helping towns plan and grow responsibly. My work has focused on water, infrastructure, and long-term community planning—turning complex projects into sustainable, real-world solutions.

Across the Southeast’s growing towns, cities, and special-purpose districts, I’ve worked alongside council members and utility leaders to guide progress with structure and purpose. That same experience and discipline is what I aim to bring to Clover’s future.

Education & Professional Development

  • University of South Carolina - BS Information Management

  • The Citadel - BS Civil Engineer

  • North Carolina State University - MS Civil Engineering

Through my education at these institutions, I built a strong foundation in civil and environmental engineering, learning the structure, discipline, and forward-thinking approach that shape my work today. Those lessons have carried through every step of my career — planning, designing, and managing projects that make a difference for communities.

Engineering Experience Across the Southeast

For over 20 years, I’ve worked across South Carolina and the Southeast helping cities and towns plan, design, and manage infrastructure projects that balance growth with long-term sustainability.

I previously served as Vice President at WK Dickson, and today I’m the Water and Wastewater Group Leader at Ardurra centered in the Charlotte Region.

My work has connected me with community leaders, engineers, and municipal teams across the region — giving me a firsthand understanding of how good planning shapes a community’s success.

  • 20+ years of engineering leadership and project management experience.

  • Expertise in water, wastewater, and community infrastructure.

  • Experience working closely with councils, utility directors, and project managers.

  • Focused on responsible growth and long-term solutions that work for everyone.

Leadership in the Water Industry

Beyond my career, I’ve dedicated significant time to the water industry through leadership and service roles, including:

  • Nearly 10 years on the state board of the Water Environment Association of South Carolina (WEASC)

  • President of WEASC in 2017

  • State Delegate at the national level for three years following my presidency
