Licensed Professional Engineer with over two decades of experience helping communities plan — and build — for the future.

As a council member, my job is to represent the people of Clover and make sure decisions are made responsibly. The council works cohesively with the town manager and staff to plan for growth, approve budgets, and maintain the quality of life that makes our town special.
Council members represent the voices of Clover’s residents. Our job is to listen, lead responsibly, and make decisions that reflect what’s best for the entire community.
Who am I
Clover isn’t just where I live — it’s home. My family and I have spent nearly 17 years here, raising our kids in the Clover School District and growing alongside this community. My wife has been a school teacher for more than 27 years and she presently teaches in the Clover School District at Clover Middle and Griggs Road Elementary. We’ve seen firsthand the dedication of the families, educators, and neighbors who make this town what it is.
What drives me to serve is simple — I care deeply about Clover’s future. I want to help guide our town’s growth responsibly, preserve its character, and keep it a place we’re all proud to call home.

Experience & Service
I’ve spent more than 20 years as a Licensed Engineer helping towns across South Carolina and the Southeast plan for growth, strengthen infrastructure, and serve their residents responsibly. During that time, I’ve served as Vice President at WK Dickson and now lead the Water and Wastewater Group at Ardurra — roles that have allowed me to work closely with council members, utility directors, and municipal teams on projects that shape communities.
That experience has shown me the value of long-term planning, collaboration, and accountability. I understand what it takes to guide growth the right way, and I’m ready to bring that same practical, disciplined approach to Clover’s future.
My Vision
Clover is growing fast, and that growth should strengthen — not sacrifice — the small-town charm that makes our community special. My goal is to make sure we grow responsibly and intentionally, welcoming new businesses and opportunities while keeping Clover affordable and livable for the families who call it home. That means planning for the long term — with transparency, accountability, and real input from residents — so we can preserve what makes Clover unique while preparing for a sustainable future.
Growth should support opportunity without sacrificing the charm and character that make Clover special. I’ll support smart, sustainable development that fits our town, strengthens infrastructure, and helps our community grow the right way.
Attracting the people of York County and beyond to us and revitalizing and supporting our businesses throughout Clover.
Good decisions start with open conversations. I’ll work to make sure residents are heard, informed, and involved in shaping Clover’s future.
With a civil engineering background, I understand that reaching goals requires clarity and structure around a step-by-step plan to achieve a desired result.

Why Jeremy Brashears?
Clear, straightforward answers to who I am, and what I stand for.
My family has been part of the greater Clover community for more than 17 years, and after finally moving within the town limits last November, I saw my first real opportunity to serve. This is the first election where I can offer my experience and insight directly to the town, and I’m excited to start contributing and helping lead as soon as possible.
I’ve worked as a Professional Engineer for more than 20 years, helping towns across the Southeast manage growth, improve infrastructure, and make smarter planning decisions. That experience has given me a clear understanding of how responsible development and fiscal accountability go hand in hand.
Clover is a young and vibrant town, shaped by our excellent schools and a community that continues to grow with purpose. I love how our historic downtown is coming back to life while still holding onto the agrarian roots that make this place special. It’s the perfect blend of progress and small-town charm.
