I'm Your Neighbor - Not a Politician

Clover is home — and I’m here to serve it, not to play politics.

Rooted in South Carolina. Grounded in Clover.

I grew up in Charleston, SC, where I spent my early years working on the fishing boats out of Shem Creek and learning what it meant to earn a living through hard work. I attended the University of South Carolina, where I met my wife — in true “bartender meets hostess” fashion while we worked together at a restaurant.

Education has always been a priority for me, so after USC, I went on to earn additional degrees from The Citadel and NC State, building a foundation in engineering and leadership that’s shaped my entire career.

Seventeen years ago, we moved to Clover to be closer to family in the Clover and Rock Hill area while raising our own. Both of our kids have been in the Clover School District since kindergarten, one has already graduated from Clover High, and my wife has been a dedicated school teacher for over 27 years — serving at both Clover Middle and Griggs Elementary.

Clover has been the backdrop for our family’s best moments, and it’s where we’ve built lasting roots.

A Career Built on Planning, Leadership, and Service.

After 20 years of helping towns plan for the future, I’m ready to do the same for Clover.

Professionally, I’ve spent more than two decades helping towns and municipalities across South Carolina and the Southeast plan for growth, strengthen infrastructure, and solve the kinds of challenges that shape how communities thrive. I’ve served as Vice President of WK Dickson and currently lead our regional Water and Wastewater Group at Ardurra. Beyond my day job, I’ve dedicated much of my time to advancing the water industry — serving nearly ten years on the board of the Water Environment Association of South Carolina, including a term as Association President in 2017 and later as the state delegate at the national level for three years.

Through that work, I’ve built strong relationships with utility directors, council members, and municipal leaders across the region — relationships that have taught me how good planning and collaboration can shape a town’s future for the better. I’m running for Clover Town Council because this community deserves the same thoughtful, long-term planning I’ve helped bring to others. Now that I live within the town limits, I’m ready to put my experience to work for the place my family calls home.
